The hard thing is not starting a business. Anyone can do it. The hard part is to build it so well that it only goes up. And that’s what we do at Dizzy! We lay the right foundations and then everything is a piece of cake!
That’s what we did with the Grandma’s House when we took it over and managed to overcome the 1000% in sales growth from its first year of operation.

The businesswoman Katerina Dimitropoulou said for us:
“‘A relationship that happened, but it worked!! Excellent cooperation, professional work at all levels, consistency in time and contribution with great zeal, imagination and creative spirit. Now my favorite business partners, highly recommended! Thank you very much for everything.”
The initial challenges and how we met them:
It’s great to talk about successes, but in a Case Study we need to look (as much as we are allowed to) at what challenges each business had and how we managed to overcome them.
We took over the business in November 2014. The initial challenge for us was the type of business, because we didn’t even have the consumer experience in that. An antique shop, we had to look at it and find the right way to present it to both individuals and businesses. We had to train ourselves in a very short period of time and learn as much as possible to be able to create the right buyer personas in the first place and imagine what the evolution could be to guide the entrepreneur properly.
The second challenge was the low initial budget of the business and the time. Expenses for the business were running up and we had to make a quick decision. And that was to initially launch the store’s Facebook Page and sales through Facebook until we had the online store ready so we didn’t waste time.
The initial first advertising expenditure was just 100€ per month. What were we trying to do with 100€ on Facebook 5 years ago with the tools we had? To gather Likes of course on the page only from potential buyers and of course to drive as many sales as possible through Posts with product information.
Did we make it? Are you talking about it?
A big thank you to Katerina Dimitropoulou for trusting us entirely with her new startup and giving us the opportunity to show that 360 marketing is all about quick decisions first.
