TikTok Shop has no borders. With Sell Across Europe, one EU shop sells in all of TikTok Shop's European markets. The UK is opening soon: for now only for selected sellers, through a special process and nomination by TikTok.

What can't be sold
on TikTok Shop.
Before you book, make sure your products aren't in a category TikTok doesn't allow. Source: TikTok Shop EU Prohibited & Restricted Products Policy (updated 06/08/2026).
Not allowed: health, medicines, weight loss
- Medicines, medical devices and veterinary products
- Products and supplements promising fat loss, breast enlargement or growth
- Supplements with undeclared or prohibited ingredients
- Claims that a product cures or prevents disease, in the listing or in videos
Not allowed: food, drinks, tobacco
- Alcohol
- Tobacco, e-cigarettes and related products
- Fresh, frozen and chilled food
- Animals and animal products

Approval or documents required
Allowed, but TikTok asks for certifications or documents before listing:
- Cosmetics (e.g. CPNP notification, label)
- Food and supplements (food business registration, labels, allergens, expiry dates)
- Pregnancy supplements, breast pumps
- Jewellery, toys, electrical and electronic products
- Teeth whitening, pet food, books, second-hand items
Are supplements allowed?
Yes, standard supplements (vitamins, minerals, protein etc.) are allowed, with the same documents required for food. Products promising fat or weight loss, breast enlargement or growth, and those with undeclared ingredients are not. Watch your claims too: if it's not on the pack, don't say it in the video.
Does this apply to Greece too?
Greece follows TikTok Shop EU policies. The list isn't exhaustive and TikTok updates it often. If you're not sure about a product, ask us on the free intro call, before you pay.

Have you already launched TikTok Shops in Greece?
Yes. Kallist and Glowberry are already live, with early invitation. We set them up as a TikTok Shop Partner. The next one could be yours.
Can I sell to other European countries or the UK too?
Yes. With Sell Across Europe, one EU shop also sells in TikTok Shop's other European markets. The UK is opening soon: for now only for selected sellers, through a special process and nomination by TikTok. We set up markets, shipping and returns together; VAT and EPR are handled by your accountant. Each market opens with TikTok's approval.
What is early invitation? When does it open to everyone?
It's invitation-only access for selected businesses, before it opens to everyone. That's the phase in which we launched our first shops. It opens to everyone soon — which is why we're starting checks and setup now. TikTok grants approval and activation.
Does it connect to Shopify or WooCommerce?
Yes, via a connector — depending on what's available for your market. We find the right one and set up syncing for products, prices and stock. The connector subscription is charged separately.
Do I need lots of followers?
No. You don't need a big following to get started. We check what's required for your account and set up content and creators that suit your products.
What are the extra costs?
On top of Dizzy's fee and VAT: platform commissions, ad spend, the connector and whatever creators take (a fee or commission). We confirm TikTok's local charges before activation.
How long does onboarding take?
Allow roughly 2–4 weeks for setup. It depends on how ready your documents are, the size of your catalogue, verification and access.
What if my category isn't allowed?
Before you pay, check that your products aren't in a prohibited TikTok Shop category (see what can't be sold). If in doubt, we'll go through it together on the free intro call: whether you can go ahead, and on what terms.
