The \n McHills <\/a>\n<\/strong>was launched right at the start of capital controls in Greece. Something that was new and a big risk for us. There is little liquidity in the market and the waters are unknown. The original business plan had been changed – literally torn up – and we were called upon to run a business in conditions of “60\u20ac withdrawal from the ATM” and consumers numb.<\/p> \n \n

For McHills <\/strong>we undertook a full package of services such as:– Business consulting <\/strong>– Finding suppliers <\/strong>abroad & closing the best possible deals– Full Branding<\/strong> (business naming, identity design)– E-shop development– Marketing strategy– Agreement with courier for better prices– brand reputation management– Crisis management– Wholesale agreements with suppliers and more.<\/p> \n \n

McHills <\/strong>went live and the 1st sale came 5 hours later. In the 1st week<\/strong> the first wholesale requests from cafe\/bars and liquor stores were a fact.In the first 4 months<\/strong>, it achieved sales that we usually see in successful eshops of many years <\/strong>and some of the biggest brands in the country (such as Coca Cola, Blue Star Ferries, etc.) had already placed wholesale requests for thousands of codes for corporate gifts.<\/p> \n \n

The loyalty <\/strong>rate of consumers was constantly increasing, the positive reviews followed one after the other.Already in the 1st 6 months the increase had exceeded 500%<\/strong> without counting wholesale.<\/p> \n \n

The cooperation with the suppliers abroad was excellent and those who were presenting for the first time in Greece were excited because McHills for them was at foreign standards.<\/p> \n \n

McHills <\/strong>was already a success story<\/strong> and frankly we didn’t think we had made it through the crisis either.<\/p> \n \n
