Update: this was just the beginning. See what happened in the 4 years that followed: Kallist: +1,793% online orders in 4 years →
The first quarter of 2022 ranged from bad to disastrous for anything non-essential. Home décor, cosmetics and other “luxuries” watched their sales nosedive.
We grew orders on kallist.gr by more than 273% for Kallist Cosmetics, on just 20% more ad spend.
| +273% | Orders |
| 2000% | ROAS on Google Shopping |
| 3 | months |
And just to stir things up a bit: that figure doesn’t even include orders from the landing pages. 🙂
Plenty of people will tell you it can’t be done. Here’s how we did it, step by step.

First things first: freedom to act. When the business owner trusts you and lets you create, everything else gets easier.
Ready?
We started with landing pages built in SeedProd & WPForms, for specific products only. Each one had a detailed presentation, customer reviews and checkout with minimal fields: name, address, phone, email, quantity.
That way impulse purchases close easily, with cash on delivery and no further details.
But impulse purchases also bring the most returns. So we kept the landing pages to a handful and showed them to audiences closer to buying. We also left a few menu links at the bottom for anyone who wanted to carry on to the eshop.
What we gained: A single lead generation ad drove both impulse purchases and extra purchases on the eshop, at a good ROAS. Plus plenty of emails, which brought back a good number of purchases through weekly campaigns.
Now the main event: campaigns for purchases directly on the eshop.
We added Google Shopping, because we knew people would search for the products to find out more — they’re unique, you won’t find them anywhere else. Result: 2,000% ROAS.
We set up dozens of campaigns: a) per product, b) per product type (e.g. face / body) & c) per age or gender.
We tested both purchase and add to cart as objectives.
Below: one campaign with 1 ad set & 1 ad, objective add2cart and an off-season product — its season starts after April. To turn a profit it needed a ROAS just under 3. We delivered 9.92.

ABO or CBO?
Want to see how different creatives for the same product perform? Go straight to CBO. Want to compare products in the same group — e.g. different face creams? Test with ABO.
That’s how we cut the money wasted on tests and grew profits faster.

Email Marketing: We built a large customer list. Now one email a week brings in very healthy revenue.
Useful tips:
- Give every campaign time to show what it can do. (That doesn’t mean campaigns with 0 purchases after 3 days.)
- Put at least 4 creatives in a CBO campaign. 5 is ideal. With 6, one won’t take off — but you’ll have room to switch things on and off.
- Refresh your creatives often.
- Don’t watch the competition. Build your own thing.
For Kallist Cosmetics we run Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads and TikTok Ads.

We’ve been working with Dizzy Agency for 16 months with impressive results; for the first time, ROAS and ROI shot up to 15x, and we also saw a huge drop in cart abandonmentI recommend the company without reservation.Best Agency of the world ❤️
