In June 2025 we were at the Zappeion in Athens for ECDM & RetailTech Expo SEE, as speakers at the workshop by AfterSalesPro® titled “From Orders Fulfillment to Customers Loyalty”.
We didn’t go there to talk in general about retention marketing. We went straight to what matters: retention that scales, Viber that converts and campaigns that bring real money back to the eshop.
What we said on stage
Mary Prevezanou, CEO of Dizzy Agency, presented case studies of revenue-driving campaigns built with AfterSalesPro’s tools. The message was simple:
«We don’t chase customers. We keep them.»
- Forget the fluff. A retention flow is judged by repeat orders, not by how nice it looks.
- Forget the reach that reaches nowhere. One Viber message to the right customer at the right moment is worth more than thousands of impressions.
- The customer who buys again is the most profitable customer. That’s why retention is the only path to growth that lasts.
Why retention is growth
Most eshops spend almost their entire budget bringing in new customers and almost nothing keeping them. The result: every month they start from zero.
When the post-purchase experience (shipping, updates, returns, communication) works together with email and Viber, customers come back. And every time they do, profit margin goes up with no extra ad cost.
Who spoke at the workshop
- Antonis Pensas (M-STAT), on Viber’s messaging capabilities and its reach in the Greek market
- Mary Prevezanou (Dizzy Agency), with case studies of revenue-driving campaigns
- Natasha Stratigopoulou (Head of Customer Success, AfterSalesPro®), with real-world insights from clients’ day-to-day challenges

Many thanks to the AfterSalesPro® team for the invite. Let’s keep building what actually lasts.
